How to change Number Format in Windows ?
1. Open Control Panel.
2. On Control Panel, click Clock and Region.
3. On Clock and Region, click Region.
4. On Region, click Additional settings…
5. Type new Decimal Separator in Decimal Symbol and Thousand Separator in Digit Grouping Sysmbol.
Decimal Symbol : . (dot)
Digit Grouping Sysmbol : , (Comma)
